R1L013 ?
i see R3B is just out i only got my phone 2weeks ago? and it was a new batch in2 orange. shouldnt my phone have a newer firmware?

The latest firmware is actually R3C002, before that was R3B and before that R1L making R1L about 2-3 months old.

No, you don't lose everything. Contacts, pictures, games etc are all left in tact.
