Seems consistent with other rumours of a "tablet" Smartphone and one that supports WiFi. Infact, WiFi is the only really significant h/w component that SE need to add. The apps situation is improving all the time.

Sony Ericsson is going to present the next "Big Thing" the summer of 2004 and is going to be in the market in about a year from now.
Until then just enjoy the new P900!

just exactly what is new that would make one go out and buy this phone though except different looks and video with sound all the essentials are on both the p800 and the p900 for gods sake withholding caller id or profiles is still missing!!

Just put the prefix code before the number to get round the ID menu issue, works on all phones, or put the phone entry numbers with the prefix on the frront, but leave the other for messaging use.
Surely themes ARE profiles, with a different theme having its own defined set of ring signals ETC ??? correct me if i'm wrong.

Yeah it is so annoying, no more heavy breathing calls to people now
Seriously though, it does seem odd that they didn't include it (again!).
