Hi guys,
I just got a new HBH-65 for my wife this afternoon, and now I am trying to charge it, with not much luck. I waited for about 1 hour. The red indicator does not light up. The call button does nothing. At the same time, the unit warms up a great deal. Is it defective?

The heat is a bit suspicius factor there try to leave it a bit longer m8 if nth hapens exchange it for a new unit .
