I am having problems transfering call from phone to headset. It works fine if I set the prefered device to headset but not when I initiate the call to phone first and then try and transfer to headset. I have the following settings:

Control Panel->Connections->Bluetooth
Settings:
Bluetooth: On
Visible to other devices: Checked

Devices:
HBH-35
Allowed to connect w/o confirm: Checked


Phone->Edit->Preferences->Handsfree

Answering Mode:Normal
Bluetooth prefered sound device: Phone

How are you attempting to transfer the call from the phone to the BT? I have run into that problem with the HBH-15,30,35,60, and now HBH-65. After hitting the action button on the BT it beeps until it fails to connect right? Try powering off the phone and the back on again. If I'm understanding your problem correctly then that should work 9/10 times.

yes, that is the way I try and transfer the call and it doesn't work. I tried resetting the phone and pairing again with no success. The only way the BT connection to my phoneset works is if I always have the phone send the call to the headset first through the phone prefs. Is this a specific phone/headset problem? Can anyone else transfer the call to their headset using the button on their headset?
