yeah they have been around for a few years. you can also get key rings that flash and buzz and desk phone holders that also flash and I've seen various things that hang from the car rear view mirror that flash too

I used to have one that vibrated when a call came in. At that time only a few phones featured built-in vibration. I also wanted vibration but, my good old GA628 didn't have the feature. So it seemed like the perfect (and cheap) solution. Unfortunatley it wasn't. Because it won't only respond when you get a call but, also when the person next, in front or behind you gets a call. Back then I used the public transport a lot so the you can propably imagine how much it vibrated.
