guy can you see a small groove on the small rubber cover thats to protect the place where you connect the headset.

I'm pretty sure that the silver dot is just a screwhole with the head of the screw on the inside of the phone. If you look at the silver dot closely you'll see that it's quite rough and uneven, just like a non-pointed screw

Look on the back of the P900, there are two bits that look as if they come off. One has a rubber cover with a hole in it, the other has a hole at the bottom.

Those two rubber covers are the casing screws that hold the two halve together.
