> Unlocking an Orange P800
Bookmark topic
Guys, your help on this would be appreciated (I've done a quick search but haven't seen the exact answer).
I just sold my P800 on eBay as being "Unlocked" as I genuinely thought it had been because, whilst it was an Orange supplied phone, I had the CPW put R2F on it a few months ago and it lost all the Orange personalisation.
The guy who bought it was it's saying "inset correct sim" which suggests it's not unlocked!
What do you think - would putting R2F not have unlocked it and if not how do I (or him) get it unlocked?
Cheers.

Firmware updates and unlocking don't have to go hand in hand.. Its very possible your unit was upgraded and not unlocked. You can PM me.

Theres lots of places, but one I recommend as i know the guy is
www.unlockmymobile.com
You do need a data cable to generate the logs, but the unlock is done remotely so your buyer can have it done instantly
Hope this helps
