Please can anyone tell me how to install the software.I am using XP and it say cannot find installation files.Cannot create a file.

Are you using the downloaded version (from the SE Support web site)of the PC Suite s/w or the s/w from the CD?

All I know is that I downloaded the latest P800/P900 software from the SE website and it installed perfectly on Windows XP.
Ignore the one on the CD and download the 37Mb from the website!

thanks.where are you from and how much did you get your phone for.please can you check if there is a small groove sort of thing on the rubber part of your phone which you need to pull out to connect the head set.
