Does anyone know if the P900 has T9? My P800 is great but texting sucks using multi-tap and handwriting recognition just isn't fast or accurate enough for quick messaging. If they've left T9 off the P900 I'm going to boycott it - not because I can't afford to upgrade already you understand

The answer is Yes T9 is available in flip closed mode for SMS.
