Turn off you P800, then turn it on. Go to control panel, then master reset.
Hope it helps...

there is a probability that the p800 is protecting some files regarding the memory stick. or the stick has a mind of its own.

try this:
pull it out put it in a mem card reader delete the d:\system\app\(program name)

or i recomend download a file called qfile.sis (file manager) try to delete it there

or use the secret code of the p800 (jog up, *, jog down, jog down, *, jog down, *, jog down) format it there, but be warned you can delete the bios there also

If you install a program in the memory stick, all its program data is in that stick, so dont worry about taking it out put it in a memory card reader and there try to delete it.

thanks dark tipper. i will try one of those
or i may take it to the center today o reformat it. Ineed to upgrade it anyway and the upgrade usually delets all files but its ok cause i have an older back up without the file that screwed my P800

cheers
