Hi
On my parnters phone we cannot get it to send or recieve pic msgs. He recieves them via text, telling him to go on wap. My phones also a t610 & also on same network (t-mobile) but when he tries to send he gets error message "unable to process request". His settings are the same as mine (As far as i can tell) We've called T-mobile no end of times and they cant seem to help! This is the 2nd phone he's had in 1week as 1st one had same prob & the shop couldnt sort out. Surely this is a t-mobile problem?? Any1 had same prob or advise?!?! Pleeease!

I know it sounds obvious but have you told T-Mobile to activate MMS on your account? I had to tell Orange to do so before I could use it.
