Damn it... it started like a bug, but seems to be something else. People on the other lines just didn't hear me. As I bought this device in Germany and been located in Holland, SE couldn't repair or can't repair the phone here in Holland.. way to go..

now I can travell like 250 km to a bring in service in germany.
So, if you encouter the same I gues something is broken in the mic. mechanisme.
Keep you posted.

Humm
From my website I know that some early Dutch P800 users have to send their P800 to sweden (where they bought it) to get it fixed!

I'm guessing that must have been prior to the P800 being officially available in Holland... after that the country must support the phone and if they cannot then its up to the service centre in that country to send it to Sweden, not the owner.
I assume frmo what I read that the P900 has been officially launched in Holland?

I had a Malasian bought P800 3 months before it was released in UK & for that 3 months SE UK wouldn't touch it, so i effectively lost 3 months of warranty, but it didn't go wrong so,......
but i am aware that your consumer rights treat europe as one place.
Funny how Tobacco & fuel taxation does NOT !!

Not yet. Week 48 the distribution centres get the P900 and then they will go to the shops/webshops.
I had my hands on one last week (just testing it for a couple of minutes) so those weeks seems to be very long.
Although I made an agreement with my supplier to import 5 P900 from Germany and sell them here but the costumers get a flyer/ticket that they bought it in the NL so they get warranty

and they get them next week!

Great Deal,
Well I send this phone to Dynafix.nl they will have a look, so they said to my girlfriend. I rang them over couple of minutes ago and they told me that the phone will be repaired this week. Wow that would be gr8 all my appointments.

It will be a fiasco.

Sure he can turn it into a service point in Holland, but they absolutely doesn't garantee that they are able to fix it there - All they will do is probably to send it of to Germany or Sweden, and the phone will be back in 4 weeks. I would choose the 250 km myself!

I must admit that I would also choose the drive, 250km is about 156 miles and I hear that Germany is beautiful in the autumn.
