I would like to force the T616 auto-switch to a Car profile when placed in the HCH-33 car holder with car charger. This way I can prevent the display from going dark on me while I'm driving, and I can also have other Car profile settings kick-in automatically.
I tried adding the few listed accessories to the Car profile, but unless I also connect a headset to the car holder, I can't find another way to auto-switch to a Car profile. And since I use the Jabra Bluetooth headset, I really don't want the wire mess of a regular headset.
Any ideas?

I've got the hcx-30 and managed to get this to work by taking apart the cradle, opening up the connector block and linking two of the pins together. Its a case of trial and error but it took me less that 10 mins!!!!
