is it possible to have more than one T9 dictionary in the phone? for example, can you have both norwegian and turkish T9, and choose which one you want to use for each message? if this is possible, how many is it possible to have?

Sorry i'm not too certain, but maybe you will be able to download multiple languages for t9 at some point in the future if not now.

Yes, they are allready there. When you choose Create SMS you go to Text options -> Language -> Select language.
Both Norwegian and Turkish are listed there, so it's just to switch between them. They both work, it's just to switch before you write your message.
My phone have 19 different languages installed.

I'm not sure if you can add/delete languages, but there's no options for doing so in the menu.
