Can some have both p800 and p900 post a pic of them with light on together? Can i wanna checl out how the p800 screen look when next to a p900's. Cheers

I don't have pics, but earlier today I had the chance to try a P900 side by side with my P800 (my P900 arrives Thursday - yay!).
I can honestly say the difference is breathtaking.
It's only when you see the P900 that you realise how washed out and dull the colours are on the P800 screen compared with the new screen.
I'm not sure which way around this is, but someone told me that one of the screens (P800 I think) is frontlit whilst the P900 is backlit (?).

I heard that too but I dont know what the technical difference is! Anyway, having seen both side by side, the difference IS very noticeable.

Yours arriving thursday too? they had told me that it might be in today, but when i phoned them at 4 they said tomorrow - im watching my order status page like a hawk!

Yep DT - I too was told Wednesday, but when I rang onestop at about 4:30pm I was told that the units hadn't been delivered yet, so it would be Thursday.
A mate of mine has been told the same thing, so hopefully it's 3 times lucky!

correction DT - the p800 is front lit, actually it is side lit but the led's that light the screen are in front of the display. this was a way to make the p800 visible in daylight while it was a passive display. the p900 is a true backlit tft.

they are the same resolution, but the p900 has a 65,000 colour display whereas the p800 only has 4,096
