> Falk City Guides Released (P800/P900)
Bookmark topic
I received an e-mail saying that the Falk City guides for a number of European cities have been released. The London demo of this was extremely impressive.
I just need a version for Los Angeles. Although I might get the London one for when I'm back over there.
They say that GPS support is a couple of months away.

COMMERCIAL VERSION AVAILABLE + A QUESTION OF QUALITY
=========================================
I just received an email from the developers which said:
"we are happy to inform you that the commercial version of the Falk City
Guide 1.0 for SonyEricsson P800/P900 is now available."
The thing I want to know from you guys here is this. Is this program any good?
When it first came out in Trial version I installed it, and then removed it within a few hours coz I thought it was [put your favorite swearword here]. The mapping detail was [put your favorite swearword here] and it was woefully inaccurate because many streets and areas of London were not in the database and some landmarks were placed some distance from where they really existed.
A beautiful example of nice mapping detail is Tube London Streets (http://www.visualit.co.uk/) althought it doesn't offer route planning like the pc program Autoroute.
So if any of you guys can advise me that Falk City Map is vastly improved then I will have another look at it.
