I get a simalar thing each morning.....
When I get in my car to go to work, I put my phone (which is off),
into my carholder (HCH-33), which is connected to my charger, and then turn it on, bypassing the animation, and going straight to the "Enter Pin" screen.

My T68i did it before. I did manage to duplicate it once or twice by not pressing the No/power button long enough when turning it on.
