Hi, my P900 is in the cradle and on it's initial charge (arrived this morning), but I seem to have a bluetooth issue.
I can see other devices and send to them perfectly well, but I can't see my P900 from the other devices. I have checked the "discoverable" option, and I get the little "<" next to the bluetooth icon in the bottom bar, and the blue light is on. Anyone have any ideas?

No issue whatsover with seeing my P900. My computer, my T610 & my P800 all see the new member of the family without problem even without being paired, and vice versa.
Unlocked Orange P9, R3B004 phone, R5D BT, R1C01 PDA.

Yup, mine's a 3w44 Made in France too, exact same software & hardware then.
Just a moment ago thought I did have a BT problem - was pairing my BT200 for the first time to the P9, and when activating I never got the 'beep' to speak after for voice activation - saw the connection activate, it just didn't activate voice dialling afterwards. Couple of turns off and on of both the headset & handset got them all sorted though, and can now BT voicedial as normal too.
Yours problem must be a handset specific fault then, albeit quite common apparently.

I've now got my phone and have tried to install the software on my PC, everytime it says another application has not finished installing and I should close that before installing, then it installs finds the USB cradle thing (does this also recharge the phone - the light comes on but I'm not sure it is recharging) and it will not find the phone, it doesn't list any in the phone list and I click on the trouble shooter option and nothing happens - I'm going to see what happens when my USB bluetooth adaptor arrives but I cant get the PC to find the phone via USB at all - so that cradle is next to useless.
Any ideas?
I've been through the hellp guides that come with the software and set the phone cable options up but still nothing.

@Vermania
Are you still looking at BT connection to PC to use the net connection?
I use a long range Belkin dongle on my laptop for this. The Widcomm s/w with the Belkin dongle seems to make it easy to make a serial connection to allow net surfing using Opera (can't use the P900's built-in browser).
