As these smartphones are combined phones and handheld computers, I'd like to know, more specifically, what kind of processors, RAM, kind of LCDs etc. that they utilize.
The processor, it's operating frequency and MIPS are particularly interesting. Sony Ericsson's website doesn't say.

P900 and P900 have the same CPU and RAM.The CPU is 156MHz and the RAM is 16MB.The ROM of P900 is 16MB (user) and P800 uses 12MB (user) ROM.
