Does the P900 alarm go off when the phone is off? The P800 didn't do this, and though only a small thing, its really helpfull.

I think what lucky777 wants to know is if the alarm will sound when the handset itself is turned off, not just the radio functions.
Easiest way is to set an alarm for 2 minutes later and turn the handset off, then see if the alarm goes off.

What do people want, a phone that alarms with the battery removed & buried in a ditch 2 miles away ????

A lot of people's main reason for turning the phone off at night is to preserve battery power, not just to prevent callers.
