I am now on my 3rd P800 and maybe soon 4th as they all seem to be going wrong with battery faults. I only got the 1st fone at the end of September. I was thinking of telling Orange I am very dissapointed with the fone and wish them to upgrade it to the P900. Would they do that anyone got past experience.

@vip3r
Welcome to Esato!
Sorry mac, I don't think tey will ever agree on that.
I think you ought to contact

direct to report the foults on your phones. I'm sure they would like to know.
If all the P800's you've had has had the same foult there must have been something to do with the production the day/week they where manufactured.
But a P900 for a P800... Nah...
Wish you luck mate.

I have to agree with tranquil... if you bought a P800 they will do everything they can to get you a good P800 but are very unlikely to just upgrade you to a P900

Once upon a time there was a little boy who had a R310 after it had scrued up on him for the third time the shop he had bought it in let him pay the differenc in price to the T20s and get one of those.
But that was probably only because he was little and they were very kind. Orange would probably not do that...

thanks for the replys guys. I have heard of people getting free upgrades when they have complained about there phone being faulty a number of times. And as far as difference in price goes I have seen the P900 for the same price and on the same tarrif as my P800. I can only try all they can do is say NO.
