hi all, i know it's possible to have a 'landscape view' for picture files, but is it possible to do the same if i'm using quicksheet. most of my excel files are landscape-oriented and i'm doing way too much scrolling!

No - UIQ is not designed to render characters on a horizontal display. Mobipocket can display text in landscape mode by converting the text into graphics.

I use zoom - this helps to reduce scrolling. Remember the P800/P900 is not a laptop replacement, there are limits! The best PDA for what you want is the Palm T3.

cheers m8, was just thinking that it's such a shame the size of the screen wasn't being fully optimised. didn't know about the limitations of the os.
