Hi,

Sorry if this has been covered before but due to high traffic, I'm unable to use the search function.

I've had to rebuild my PC, and now when I use Outlook and try to Sync my phone, my phone always asks me if I want to add my PC to 'my devices' even though it is already there. I then have to enter a passkey number on both systems for the sync to begin. Prior to my rebuild, I didn't need to do this. Any idea what the problem is? When I look in 'my devices' on the phone, my PC is always there, and in the XTNDConnect Blue Manager software, my phone is trusted.

O/S: Windows XP
Phone: T610
S/W : Outlook 2002 / XTNDConnect PC v4.9 / XTNDConnect Blue Manager v2.1
