I'm sure it's on here in drips and drabs but can anyone come up with the best idiots guide to grabbing clips from the net or any other source and putting them on your beautiful p900?
oh...and I mean good quality stuff too and none of that blocky rubbish! Something in the same league of the 'Hole in One' clip! Surely someone out there can do better!
A nice and simple step by step production from start to finish? Let's see who is the best of the best ladies and gentlemen! Good luck! Why do I feel like and extra from Top Gun?

On p900 its easy.
1. buy PVauthor
2. Put a movie to it.
3. Only thing you need to do is go to "encoding" and use 128 000bps then press "ok" and then start. Tataaaaa!

There is a pretty good post on howardforums.com that has step by step for putting a full dvd movie on a p900 with 128mb duo. Would probably be easy to use this to convert any clip you want.

You don't need PVAuthor for Macs. Quicktime 6 supports MP4 by default. So, you can use any program that exports QT. I use Final Cut Pro to optimize my videos, but you can use anything you want. Look at Movie Properties for the Hole in one movie, and you can copy those settings (frame dimensions, frame rate, video data rate, and audio data rate).
