> How to alter the Top menu of the Phone?

The Top menu of the phone that shows the SMS, Phone, Browser etc. icons, if I want to replace one of the application shortcuts with something else, how do i go about to doing it?

No those shortcuts that are displayed when the Flip Removed option is enabled.
Im speaking of those shortcuts when the flip is open and on the very top of the screeen there is this toolbar sort of a thing which has 6 Application links!

course they can! when in flip open mode, just push view, and then preferences:)
