HELP ME im on vodafone but i want to change to orange but when i put a orange sim in it says insert sim!! some1 said to me i need to 'decode it' can some1 help me!!

I had the same exact thing....you need to get it unlocked. Its quite simple...you need to ring vodafone customer services and tell them that you want to unlock your handset from the vodafone network. Then they ask for some details...and charge £19.99 from your credit. A couple of days later you get a letter or an email with the unlocking codes and how to use them.
