I have a lot of t610 compatible game on a CD, most of which have a .jar and a .rar file attached.

Now I know I have to extract one of these files, but which one, and how do I do that?
Is there any other programs that I need?

You need this program to extract .rar-files:
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Then you just transfer det .jar-files to your phone and then it should work
