Has anyone found a way to hack the P800/P900 to make opera the default web client? Currently when you click a hyperlink in a message or such it launches the built in web client. There has to be some "registry" like setting that can be hacked to make it launch opera instead. Any ideas?

No hacks No way... The best way is to design a tracker skin that could somehow get the internet button to point towards Opera. We know it currently remaps the internet button to do some crude program switches.. Being that SE promotes Opera on its site I think it was only a matter of contracts that couldn't get them to shoe in Opera instead.. With that said SE couldn't afford to leave any gaps that would allow one to choose to replace the OEM browser... At this point I wouldn't attempt to hack a registry with the risk of waiving the warranty..

thanks for the info. Its not the button I want, but just to be able to click hyperlinks in emails and have it load properly in opera instead of malformed in the built in client. Here's hoping someone will get crafty or maybe opera will add an option.

Opera is a great browser but for some reason it will not launch my webmail client. I don't know if it's because the site uses frames? Does anyone know. It connects but then it freezes!?!

Can anyone else launch this site with Opera: webmail.pair.com
