My P800's jog dial has lost functionality. Nothing happens when I push it up (out of the plane of the dial). Also it sounds different when I scroll up.

My suspicion is that excessive playing of QBubble has damaged it! While the upwards push is not used in the game, it does require lots of fast movement of the dial.

Anyone else had their dial fail?

Don't have that problem but it's maybe because I don't use my jogdial in Qbubble, only the screen, it's faster....

I never liked the screen control very much. I found it to be not very responsive. Maybe I should give it another chance.

I play qbubble from time to time. The jog dial has become much tighter now though not less responsive. I usually don't use the jog dial for anything other than gaming and this game sure wears it out.. so i'll try the on screen method aswell from now on.

maybe all the muck from your grubby fingers has got in it

wen i took my p800 apart to chang ethe cases, tehre was quite a bit of dirt hanging aroun dthe jogdial area, so i gave it a quick clean out
