GPRS, WAP, MMS and Email setup

After endlessly checking the search function on this site I seem to be none the wiser.
Email settings for T68i. I'm on Freeserve Anytime (I've got my I.P address and the number I'm dialling) and want to download my yahoo email onto the phone (not Freeserve email) but I've tried loads of ways and the problem remains that I can't access them.
Can someone please help.
By the way I'm not using GPRS.

Yahoo in what country?
not all territories offer free pop Yahoo access.
yahoo.co.uk do but you have to enable it on your account.

Yeah yahoo.co.uk I've got. I have already switched to web and POP access. Was there something else I was meant to click (ie. forwarding?).
Do you have the applicable settings?

The second half is all setup now. All I need to fix are the data accounts section.
On my phone I've setup Freeserve (and I also have Orange Internet setup) and I'm not sure which one to use - the settings must be wrong as neither are working. I use orange wap to connect to wap but on my home computer I use freeserve. Never used orange internet setting. Do you know where the settings options are?

create a new data account if there isnt one already.
are you intending on dialing up to freeserve from your mobile or use another service providers dial-up account...it would be worthwhile checking your mobile provider and see if they have wap or gprs settings available as it may be cheaper using theirs.
what network are you on?
