I want to master reset but from the service menu and its called "format internal disk"
What will this format do. I live in the UK and i have a contract with orange , what settings do i loose by doing this.

Yah right, you guys know nothing , I post a simple question and I get crap. Ill post this somewere else and see what I can get.

As Mixin said, you will lose everything on the c: drive, ie your data. But the Orange customisations are in the A: drive (ROM), therefore these will not change. It is a good idea to do a format, after you have salvaged all the multimedia free stuff to maximise your memory. However, I suggest you install all you apps on a Duo to ensure you maximise RAM for apps on the c: drive.

i advise against that it is unefficent use of avliable memory. leave 3 Meg free and its ok.

i install everything on the duo so it minimises the loss if the phone ever decided to format itself
