do you know anything about the standarization of a new audio profile for bluetooth devices, apart from the actual handsfree and headset profiles? i just don't understand why is everyone being so late in starting the support of stereo headsets. everything is wireless but our walkmans and mp3 players!!!!!
I have seen all the devices you mention on the clubsonyericsson.com forum.
But as you found, the A2DP standard needs to be mature before you will find it on everyday devices like an MP3 player. I would be surprised if an upgrade to P800/900 would be able to do this.
