Hi guy

I brought my Orange T610 to my local SE service center for firmware upgrade last week. However, the guy wroking there told me they can not upgrade Orange firmware and it needs send back to Orange. I really dont wanna to send it out if just for firmware upgrade becoz I can not without mobile for longer than a day. Has anyone experienced this problem? Who can tell me the address of SE service center in London becoz I'll go to London on Thusday n may try whether or not they do. Thx

I'm sure I've heard of Orange customers being able to get upgrades at Carphone Warehouse.

Murder hall? Sounds like a nice place to take the kids on holiday. Dunno what se told u but orange dont do s/w upgrades, nor do they replace the phone for s/w performance issues. I have the first version but a mate @ work just bought a t610 with latest s/w pre installed. So it is available! This message was posted from a T610

I have had a T68 and a T610 done in cpw Broadmarsh.

Do note, however, that SE do not endorse CPW doing upgrades and it COULD affect your warranty. Make sure you get agreement (preferably in writing) that CPW will fix your phone should the upgrade go wrong.

That said - I had no problems with any of my three upgrades.
