> No ringing tone when making a call

I formatted my phone about a week ago, and have since noticed a problem when I ring anybody. Once I've dialled the number, I do not hear a ringing tone at the other end of the line - there is silence, the screen shows "Connecting" and then suddenly the call is answered. This is quite disconcerting!
It happends on about 75% of my calls, whether I'm ringing a mobile or a landline, and whether I dial manually, use a speed-dial or dial from the phonebook.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have installed all my software and setup all the settings, so I really don't want to have to format the phone again (it was working fine before the format). Firmware is R2B03. Thanks.

Happened on my P800 also.
Did you have your headphones connected at any time?
If so make sure it is back on to phone and not handsfree.
