Hi, I have a pice of question :

I have a T610, and I've downloaded some cool (I thought there were) games, like Prince of percia, or Doom. (JAVA)
Once installed, on my T610, these games work, but are very, very, very, (...) slow.

My question is : Is that normal ? Have other users this trouble ?

Yeah it's normal as Java is very slow on the T610 compared to other phones.

you might want to check what firmware you are running on your T610 as they improved the speed of java by about 40% since version R3B

Also, I download it from the net and post it to the phone via IR.
Yesterday, I was by my T610 reseller, he said he must post it to the sony support center for 7-10 days ! I hate that, i think I will not upgrade it finally.

I'm a bit disapointed from my T610, I've got friends who own Nec or sagem's phone, and they have more functionalities that SE.
(date/time of EVERY phone calls, sms, photography quality, personalization of ringtones (wav), sms tones, ...)... and they can upgrade themselves their phones !

If your in the uk you can see if there is a SE service center in a local carphone warehouse it will take them an hour to do it. i got mine upgraded and it was quick and free. You need te recept of your phone to do it tho just to prove it was under warranty.
