can i add my pics to the speed dial menu if so can someone please explain thanks

You must first add the pics to your contacts by clicking on the third tab then linking the desired picture. Once that's done just click on the the empty speed dial slot then choose the contact and it will automatically add the contact's pics to it. If there were no pics added to the contact then there will be no pics in the speed dial.

I have two phone numbers to the same person on the speed dial and unfortunately have to see his face double up. I wish you could add more than one pic to the same person. Wouldn't that be cool - have one pic for home phone and another pic for mobile phone. Maybe something for the programmers to think about next time.

Just do as I do and create a seperate entry for that person:
Mr. or Ms. X Home ----> Pic. 1
Mr. or Ms. X GSM/Mobile/whatever ----> Pic. 2
You can instantly see whether the person who's calling you is 'on the road' or not.
