I have a nokia 3650 on Cingular but I want to upgrade to the SE p900. Could I just get an unlocked one from Europe or something then I just take the sim card out and it'll work?

That's the good thing about GSM. Don't know why people keep getting phones from Verizon or Sprint where you can't switch phones in less than a minute.
