I work for Three and this is how I know the following information:
3 Are launching prepay in February. Like everything else, its not going to be good.
1. £15,£25,£35,£50 vouchers only.

2. When you buy a voucher, you will have 30 days to apply it to your phone or you will lose it.

3. Once you have credited your voucher, you have 90 days to use the credit or lose it.

4. You get £2.50 calling credit to start.

5. Video calls are £1 per minute (subject to confirmation).

6. You MUST register the phone before you can use it(like Orange).

7. If you have a 3 phone, dial 444 and you will hear the Prepay IVR.

If you have any questions about THREE, ask away and ill try help.

ps...Yes, I think they are rubbish too.

I like to be honest. Really though, check the prepay info, it really is a rip-off, you cant even get 10GBP vouchers.!!

I don't see how saying what the company offers isn't being loyal.

@glasgow.uk, I think its really funny that 3 dont seem to understand how lots of people use mobiles, most people i know use the fantastic convenience of messaging or answerphone so that we can attend to the call at our convenience, so GSM is fine, i dont want to be disturbed by ANY live call, let alone a video call.
I just can't see what 3G is offering me that i actually WANT.

We all rely on our phones so much now days that the thought of being trapped in an expensive deal with 3 is not in my futuure plans.i have said all along & continuue to say that 3G has a very limiited future, dont ask me why, i just feel it.

I do hope you enjoy your job though, must be interesting

Orange was launched by Hutchison and then sold to France Telecom. Then Hutchison launched 3 -namely Hutchison 3g. We get more complaints than compliments. If any of you have a 3 phone im sure you will know what I mean!!! We have an Indian call centre for customer service & some based in Glasgow. They dont have 3 phones in India, and dont know what they are talking about. Try it and see for yourself.....08707330333 press option 1 (unless its changed). I crititise the company because they have "customer service" staff that dont know how the phones work., even if you need an "Academic Diploma" to work in a call centre in India.
