Does anyone of T68i users know which is the available memory to store plain sms(not MMS)?
In old T68 you had the ability to store approximately 40-50 sms in phone's memory,apart from the sim.
I also have heard that in T68i you can store over 100 sms.Is this true?
sorry if this have been asked before,i have searched 3 times and i haven't found anything regarding this.

In T68i the memory is dynamicly shared with the diff parts of the phone
ie the more SMS you store the less of everything else you can store.

It seem it's 70 SMS (Counting inbox, sent, and not sent) on my phone. It's non clear why the phone stores the SMSs in the internal memory before than in the SIM Card...

It's 70 sms in my t68i as well. After that the messages are stored on the sim and then things get really slow.

Is that true? That saving SMS on the sim card slows everything down? If so I never realised that and is maybe the reason why my phone is often slow. Is this also the same with my contacts, would it be best to delete them from my sim now that I have added them to phones memory?

i think the guys mean that the phone is slow when you try to open the inbox of sms for example,and not in the other functions.so sim doesnt cause any problem as far as it concerns speed.

u can use the " call from sim " option, thats all i can say to it. btw u can store 70 sms in fone + some on the sim card
