Just unlock my t610 network for t-mobile, need to get in the unlock menu. does anyone knows the sequence to get to the unlock menu.

press the sequence when the standby screen shows, and don't bother if it will jump around in other menus.... if the phone is simlocked you can also enter the network menu without any simcard in the phone, just power on the phone, when "Insert SIM" displays, press the sequence above...

Just a quick question, by "locking" does it means that you can use only one operator and that you don't have acces to other operators in other countries ?

no, it means that you cannot put another operators SIM card in your phone. you can roam on other's networks if there is an agreement between the providers, regardless if your phone is locked or not.
