Did anyone receive a strap or lanyard as they are sometimes called with their t610. I found this one on ebay with a phone and thought it was kinda cool but i never got one with mine.

I got one with my Z600, but I didn't get it when I got my T616. For some reason, Cingular only gives you what's necessary to operate the phone and nothing else.
All I got from my Cingular T616 was the phone, battery and charger.

I didn't get the strap with my T610 bought in Sweden but I did get one with the T610 bought in Singapore. I also did not get one with my Z600 although the manual shows you where you can attach it

Looks like SE clasify the strap as a "regional item". I would LOVE to see the logic behind that one!
