sadly, aesthetic appeal and battery life seem to be mutually exclusive IMHO when it comes to

headsets. personally, i would choose for compatability, i.e.

with

, nokia with nokia/plantronics, moto-moto, siemens-siemens etc. although there are plenty of people on these forums who have mixed and matched brands successfully.

hbh-35 is king when it comes to battery life.
it lasts for days on standby, which is number one in some sort of comparison chart i once found on the net.
and it looks good. it's small, but not too small so you don't look like a lunatic talking to yourself with a bug crawling out of your ear.

I have found that the JABRA 200 is very good and the new 250 has a claimed 10 day stand by time! I have also tried the HBH-20. My view is that my P900, and P800 before, are not as good as the Ericsson T39 for BT signal strength. Therefore, you should choose the BT headset that gives you best connection when outside or in a open area. Both of the ones I recommended work fine in my car but only the HBH-20 works well with the P900 when outside.
