While 6600 and XDAII are launched and have made a big hit to the Chinese market, P900 Chinese version (not P908) is still not launched yet and we even don't have any news of it.
Many shops told me that the Chinese version would not release until January 2004. What I can say is that, many potential P900 buyers in Hong Kong are very disappointed. I went to many phone shops, and I found that 6600 was unexpectedly popular while people were scared away by the missing of Chinese version of P900.
I couldn't expect that in such long development period (you all could find rumours about P900 [P810] before it was officially announced), Sony Ericsson still cannot finish the Chinese version of P900. At least, Chinese version of user manual is still not available in their website.
Hey Sony Ericsson, can you here me and most pre-P900 buyers? Do you know that 99% of Hong Kong people will not buy P900 English version? I can find that there are many stocks of P900 in shops which Hong Kong people are not interested in. They like to play with it but will not like to use HK$5680 to buy such a phone which cannot fit their needs (Chinese display + Chinese input + Chinese softwares, etc). Also, rivals are either released and coming very soon......................
Anyway, I hope to be a happy P900 user very soon.

Hi Djk, I think there can be quite chance for P900 Chinese versions in the coming market competetion. At least, they will not be delayed as that happened to P800c/P802. The software is being tested as I read. Sure, it will be great if the Chinese versions (P900c? and P908) can be released before the Chinese New Year. Let's see... Btw, Visited your web many times before. It's so cool. Would like to get more information updated there. Thanks for the great job. Cheers! /W
