If you are trying to play rm videos on your P800 I dont think so.
Personnaly I have used this method to convert my south park collection.
Use TINRA (This Is Not Real Anymore) (free download) to convert each file to mpg (I use mpg4 fast motion).
You can then use an mpg editor to cut out things like startup credits and end credits.
Finally use PVAuthor 3.3.1 to convert to .3gp with AMR sound if you want to create a file that can be played in the camcorder with sound, or any version to create a .MP4 if you are useing PVPlayer to play the video.

Thanks for your answer!I'll try TINRA.
But now,I'd like to know if would it be possible to play rm files directly on p800.
3650 has real player. We haven't even video recording, but now it's possible, even if only for 10 seconds.I'm not asking to see divx or xvid on my p800,I just wonder if are there any programers that can give us Real Media Player on P800.I hope there are no hardware limitations cause I know that P800 is FASTER,SMARTER,BETTER than 3650 or am I wrong?
Thanks for understanding my english, cause I feel sleepy right now.

whats the point you will hardly be able to fit much on in Real format. Mp4 is the best option small file sizes and viewble quality.

The P800 will only play .mp4 and .3gp
They arent the best, but they are very small file sizes so suited to the fone.
A 750Mb avi film (phone booth) converted into a 54Mb 3gp.
The drop in quality isnt to aparent thanks to the small screen size.
the 3gp means i can watch it on the camcorder aswell.

mp4 is the best format even divx is a variant of mp4.it is even better than mpeg2(dvd) with high enough bitrate of course
