it basically means that their phone didnt accept the message. it happens a lot when trying 2 jack 7650s and 3650s as they dont automatically accept

Tnx for the insight.
Do these phones give some kind of alert so the owner can choose wether or not to accept it, or does the whole attempt simply pass them by and won't they know they were attemtepd to be bluejacked?

The Nokias give an alert to the user and they have to accept it.
P8/900s can recieve automatically but don't produce any alert to the user.
The T610 can also recieve automatically but alerts as well

Is there anyway to use the bluejack option in Sman without turnig on your blutoothfirst with the P900? Having ur blue light flashing really gives it away! It was so much more fun and easier with the P800. Any ideas?
