> P800 - PIN entering
Bookmark topic
P800 users - I also joined the club of P800 users who accidentally smashed the LCD. I'll get it replaced. The problem is though, they'll cancel all my data and I didn't have the phone backed up on the PC nor my contacts synchronised with any PC software. The phone is unfortunately switched off now - and the real issue here is that I cannot enter my PIN code any way - the touch screen won't react at all.
Is there any method you might know (maybe remote software etc) to enter that PIN code without using the screen (nor flip obviously)? Thanks in advance for any help.

Wait, I did back it up one day (long time ago). I have an ".ecs" file in my PC. Any way to retreive data out of that into the PC?
Thanks again.

just replace the sim for a none pin locked one? But then you´ve might turned on the unit lock which runs if you change sim. If so, i don´t have a clue.

Hey, Thanks a lot. The simplest solution is always genius. Can you just suggest me with what software I can open a ".cdb" file which looks like the one containing contacts. Regards!
