is there anyway do make your sms's auto delete after 10 days or after your inbox is full or sumptin like that?

no, but when you have read the sms you can press the 'c' key to immediately delete it. Also there is a delete all option on the SMS menu which makes it quick to delete them all

All but the ones stored on the SIM. You will have to delete those manually.
