Anyone know what is the difference between this two resets??
The first one is located in Control Panel, and the second one in the secret menu.. (or Service Menu)

internal format restores the phone to how you got it. no apps no settings just a standard p800.
master rest i presume only deletes settings/messages/pictures etc, but apps that you have installed stay on the phone.
