I miss it. I use it as an alarm clock in the morning. As an audio player as I commute to and fro from work. Check it for weather and currency updates. Browse through CNN mobile. Check my emails. Increase my vocabulary by selecting a random word using Advanced English Dictionary. I jog with it every weekend mornings. Use it to jot down notes and ideas which out-of-the-blue pops out of my head and so much more...
But two weeks ago I had encountered a problem with it which conveniently disappeared when I dropped by the shop to have it looked at. But since the problem somewhat disappeared I decided to leave it anyway for a firmware update. Later I came back and they told me the phone wouldn't respond and call 3-5 days later. Three days later, I called and they told me they have to send it to the main office for advanced repair and told me to call again 3-5 days after. Well earlier (almost two weeks has passed) the phone would still not respond to the firmware update and they are now seeking to have the phone's board replaced by SonyEricsson which would take 2-3 weeks once the phone has been received by SE. They told me they might be able to send it this Thursday.
I seriously doubt I'll get my P800 back before new year and I don't have a CP with me right now. *sigh*

Guess you'll be thinking about upgrading to a P900 now maybe???

With phones i've had 'serviced' in the past,
after its been in 3 times for repair they'll send it to SE for repair.
Each time they've always sent me back a new handset instead.
I've had this from No**a and SonyEricsson.
So you'll probably end up with a new handset.

most tempting

But I'm beginning to think it was bad investment buying the P800. This is the first time I had a phone in service and didn't realized it could take this long to diagnose a problem and do repairs (I deal with computers and two weeks is the longest time I had to wait so far to have a computer, particularly a laptop, repaired because the part had to be imported but the problem was already isolated on the spot)
