According to the Swedish magazine mobile, who called up Sony Ericsson, there will not be any christmas sale or campaigns for any of the Sony Ericsson models. They are having problems with their component inventory, probably the camera modules. Therefore, retail stores have low inventory and will not cut the price on Sony Ericsson phones this christmas. So much for increasing sales this year

Even without the price cut.... their sales are pretty good this year

It's not just camera modules... it's also

chips that are in short supply these days.

I didn't know about the bt chip shortage. That is pretty ironic, the same company that spent the last few years pushing the technology, now that it catches on runs out of chips for its own sale of devices
